Ethical behaviours in construction - participate in a study led by Dr William Collinge

Date

Ethics and ethical behaviours are central to professionalism in project management.  Whilst remaining key qualities for both companies and individuals, the complexity of construction projects means identifying ethical issues and responding to them appropriately can be challenging and problematic.  Additionally, the evolving nature of projects means ethical challenges emerge andshift over time via technologies, regulations and industry practices (e.g. modern slavery; procurement; corruption and fraud).

The Leeds Centre for Projects is inviting construction professionals to engage in the short research project Ethical Behaviours in Construction to share your experiences and reflect on ethical practices in construction project management.  The work aims to reflect on current practices and identify potential improvements for organisations and workforces in the industry.

A collaboration between the Leeds Centre for Projects and the Interdisciplinary Ethics Applied Centre (IDEA), the research provides an opportunity to improve your business operations and project practices, reflect on your career experiences to date, and gather useful reflections/actions to take back to your company.

Please see flyer for more details and how to get involved.
