If you are looking for regular stimulating insights with the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by leading project scholars our Masterclasses are for you. We offer three annual Masterclasses which are one hour long lectures by expert members of the Leeds Centre for Projects on contemporary issues facing the project profession. ICE Law and Contract Management
We offer the ICE accredited Law and Contract Management course annually. This course is designed to improve your understanding of contracts. It covers contractual conditions, their legal framework and the management procedure you need to successfully complete projects. It follows the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) syllabus and will prepare you for the ICE Law and Contract Management examinations. Find out more here. The next course will start in November 2023 with enrolment being open now.

Customised Executive Education

If you are looking for in-house training and development for your teams then we can develop programmes to suit your needs. Every organisation is different, and we work with you to develop programmes and interventions that are aligned to your priorities and objectives.

We have academic experts and researchers who specialise in a range of project management areas and have unique insight and skills to help develop a wide range of programmes to meet your needs.

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs)

KTPs can help your business improve competitiveness and productivity with the use of technology and skills through a knowledge-based partnership. The scheme helps businesses in the UK to innovate and grow. It provides a structured approach, bringing a recent graduate or research organisation to the company to provide a dedicated resource on a key strategic issue. Find out more details about KTPs at the University of Leeds.

Consultancy

Through our consultancy service we provide consultancy and management support as well as independent audits for a variety of external projects. Some of our members have extensive experience in consultancy and now combine this with their academic expertise which offers you a unique level of excellence. The scope of our services can be fully tailored to your requirements.

Research Collaboration

We are also interested to work with organisations on research collaborations. These can take the form of research bid collaborations, project sponsorships or research project participation. The level of involvement, contribution and outputs can be discussed.
